Dr. Jeanne K. Russell has been exclusively practicing non-force chiropractic in the North Hollywood / Toluca Lake area for over 30 years. Specializing in posture and exercise training, she welcomes everyone from entry level to those strengthening their bodies in recovering from injury. Dr. Russell also counsels and coaches patients, assisting them with “intuitive eating” skills to embrace a healthy lifestyle.
Licensed to practice chiropractic in both California and Hawaii since 1978, Dr. Russell was raised in the heart of Hollywood, and was a noted professional actress, starring as “Margaret” on the original Dennis the Menace TV series. She was also trained in ballet and jazz by leading industry professionals.
Dr. Russell became fascinated with a more holistic approach, as Hollywood embraced natural healing, health foods and vitamins. Receiving her first chiropractic treatment when she was 8 years old, Dr. Russell noticed that is was normal for vitamins to be delivered to sets by some of the original health food storeowners.
Growing up in the natural health culture with an awareness of the link between structure, function, nutrition and health, Dr. Russell was drawn to the field of chiropractic in her early 20’s. It was the perfect expression of the principles that she was trained in from her earliest days.
Jeanne K. Russell, D.C. also has appeared in many television specials, talk shows, and panels and is a professional speaker.
